AI Pioneers ist ein innovatives Weiterbildungsprogramm, das Fach- und Führungskräfte auf den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz vorbereitet. Über 20 Wochen hinweg vermitteln internationale Expert:innen in 10 interaktiven Modulen zentrale Einblicke in KI-Technologien, ethische Fragestellungen, rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und praxisnahe Anwendungen. Formate wie Fallstudien, Coding-Challenges und projektbasiertes Lernen sorgen für einen nachhaltigen Wissenstransfer. Die Teilnehmenden profitieren zudem von einem starken Netzwerk aus Mentor:innen und KI-Expert:innen, das sie befähigt, den digitalen Wandel aktiv mitzugestalten.
